Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any problem with your purchased item. We will send you the return form via email upon request.

Fill out the form completely and send back to us. Kindly specify details for the reason of return. You will receive an acknowledgment code as a reply.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and in its original packaging. Send returned item via freight prepaid. Please retain the freight tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account.

If you received a different item than what you indicated in your order, you will not be charged shipping on the exchange. If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment.
